Every application wants a resume shaped for the role and real preparation for the interview. Doing that well for each job takes hours. Generic AI tools make it faster, but they tend to invent experience the candidate does not have.
What we built
A candidate uploads a resume and pastes a job description.
A candidate uploads a resume and pastes a job description. The app produces a tailored resume, as PDF or DOCX, that only uses facts from the original. It adds an interview preparation pack backed by sources, and an interactive mock interview that takes text or voice answers. Saved jobs live on one dashboard, and candidates pay with prepaid credits. “Crack the Interview” is a working name.

Never invent facts.
- Never invent facts. One model drafts, a second reviews, and every claim is checked against the original resume.
- Slow work off the request path. Generation runs on a queue-backed worker, so the app stays responsive.
- Prepaid credits. Simple, predictable pricing with no subscription to cancel.
- Tested on every screen size. The full journey is checked end to end on desktop, tablet and phone.
Under the hood
The web app is built with Expo / React Native web and TypeScript.
The web app is built with Expo / React Native web and TypeScript. A Python FastAPI backend runs on AWS Lambda, with DynamoDB, S3 and an SQS worker for generation jobs. Infrastructure is defined in AWS CDK, and Playwright and pytest cover the journey.
